Hydraulic ring groove riveting machine is a new type of riveting equipment, which can also be called ring groove press riveting machine, ring groove riveting machine, ring groove pulling riveting machine, hydraulic riveting machine and so on. It is developed according to the principle of cold riveting. This riveting machine is mainly used in vibrating screen, mining equipment, bridge machinery, vibration equipment, railway vehicles, boilers and so on. Ring-groove rivet is different from traditional nut and bolt in the fastening force generated by torsion rotation. Based on Hooke's law principle, ring-groove rivet stretches the bolt rod and pushes the collar through the rivet gun under the action of unidirectional tension, and pushes the inner smooth collar into the screw groove to form a complete combination of the collar and the bolt, resulting in a permanent fastening force. This complete fastening process usually takes only 5-8 seconds.
